SyncroTESS at a third Site of Lafarge Granulats in France

INFORM has been ordered to implement a third software system at Lafarge Granulats in France. SyncroTESS.Road (known at Lafarge Granulats under the project name Agate7 ) will now be used not only in Paris and Marseille/Avignon but also in Lyon for planning and real time optimization of appr. 100 vehicles running in bulk materials transport. The system's going-live is planned to be effected during the first quarter of 2006.

Bulk materials is one of the main fields of activity of the Lafarge group which is a global leader in building materials. Lafarge Granulats in France has been using the SyncroTESS system for planning and optimizing bulk materials transports since 1996 already and will now rely on the system's real time decisions also in Lyon.
