DTI

The module DTI (Direct Telephone Input) can be used in order to facilitate the order input. With a DTI phonecard for the PC and multifrequency (DTMF) telephones, orders can directly be input into the SyncroTESS system through the keys of the phonepad. The input is voice-guided which simplifies the order input for those who are not used to it. In addition, queries concerning information on order status, loading points, etc. can be carried out with the DTI module.
