Container Hub Logistics

In container hubs (ports, parcel centers, container terminals etc.) SyncroTESS optimizes the movements of all incoming and outgoing trucks and trains as well as the moves of all items (containers, semi-trailers etc.) within a center. At the center's gate the truck drivers are given the optimum slots and docks for the items which have been determined, in real time. Additionally, advance delivery notification enables an optimized pre-planning of all center resources, particularly gates, doors and loading bays.

A special module for the intermodal transport controls the optimum loading and unloading of trains. For this, the exact train-formation is determined which also permits a semi-automatic crane control. All terminal slots and docks are taken into account and optimally used. Their status is displayed on a graphical user interface.
