Intranet-based order receipt

Order generators can enter transport orders via the hospital's own intranet so that the control centre does not have to enter every single transport order and can then track their status. This is done by means of a comfortable input mask that is tailored to the special needs of the nursing sector.

Orders are entered by phone

Orders entered by phone replace a network connection. A voice computer controls the complete dialogue for entering orders over the phone.

RDT link

SyncroTESS can send every carrier their transport order to a mobile terminal device via RDT. What's more, the carrier can in turn control the process by means of messages and confirmations in a transparent RDT system.
