Strategic planning and forecasting

SyncroTESS supports strategic planning and forecasting. Forecasts can be made on the utilisation of each mapped process step for various planning periods on the basis of the distribution network. The integration of a web portal allows fast communication of the planning results to the logistics service provider. In addition, the integrated event and alert management informs the logistics planner in due time of imminent capacity bottlenecks.

Transport management

SyncroTESS allows an effective transport management so that transport planning requires much less manual work. The software controls the loading of the cars and optimises route planning to allow an optimised utilisation of the existing cargo space and a minimisation of the distances covered. Savings of between 8 and 12% can be achieved in the transport budget.

Yard management

SyncroTESS maps all processes in yard management. The system monitors and optimises all processes and actively controls the status of a car instead of just managing this. The software maps all processes from wrapping, the bypack through to stocktaking. The system also determines the best storage position for a car in the yard taking into account the destination and planned means of transport (train, truck, boat).
