Individual and flexible -
depending on the requirements

SyncroTESS can be individually and flexibly adapted to suit the needs of the customer. Thanks, above all, to the modular design of the software. The main quality characteristics of good scheduling are supported by three main modules:

Realtime control

The realtime control allows a fast reaction to unforeseeable events such as delays due to traffic jams, ad-hoc orders received at short notice or unplanned changes to orders. The system continuously reschedules order processing – within a few seconds. The MRP (Material Requirements Planning) controller receives easily understood suggestions for an economic settlement of all orders in clearly arranged graphic user interfaces.

Availability check

SyncroTESS provides the MRP controller with all of the necessary information on order acceptance. Constantly updated data on the utilisation of the trucks allows the MRP controller to negotiate a suitable delivery time during talks with the customer. The system calculates the required transport capacities taking into account all necessary order information in a matter of seconds when the order is received.

Preliminary planning

An optimised truck fleet configuration for the following days ensures the preliminary planning function. The schedulers can analyse and prioritise the existing orders. At the same time they complete the data on the availability of the driver and vehicles for the following days. The software now calculates an optimised delivery plan for the following days from all of these inputs.

SyncroTESS can be individually and flexibly adapted to suit the needs of the customer.
